Hi
I'm having similar issues - cannot cancel my plan and going around in circles trying to work out what to do.
I was charged 3 months worth of billing even though I believe I cancelled my plan on 3 September 2018. But I seem to be in another plan and cannot get out of it without being charged.
Please can you help?

Hi Lisa,
I understand that you're trying to self cancel your Adobe Stock plan but you're unable to do so.
Have you tried to Contact Customer Care for the cancellation request and refund status?
