Also, please confirm the region from where you are trying to redeem the promo offer so that we can get it checked for you.

Hi Lew,

I have checked your account and you are assigned a Stock license on the Teams account.

The plans is for Adobe Creative Cloud + Adobe Stock which provides 10 Stock licenses per month.

Since it is a teams account I would request you to Contact Customer Care for this issue as they might be able to provide you with an exception in this situation.

Lew, the licenses means the number of images that you can download.

You will need to contact your team admin for details around the plan.
