Hey Beverley, I just licensed a photo as well that I did not intend to, #140667942. Could I remove the license that photo through you?

Hi Kyle,

I apologize for the troubles that you've faced with our Stock website while licensing an image.

I did check your account and since there is no way to unlicense the image I've added 1 license to your account so that you can use it for a different image instead.

I hope that helps!

Regards,

Sheena

Hi Sheena,

I accidentally licensed two images thinking I was saving them to my library. Could I unlicense them?

May I sugest to add a verification step which asks if you wish to purchase/license the image.

Carlo,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. I have checked your account details and noticed that there is a Creative Cloud All Apps+ Adobe Stock subscription(teams account) under the Adobe ID shared in the forums.

Since it is a team's account you would need to contact your admin. The primary admin will have an option to contact our support team directly from their account and thus can further help you with the accidental licensing issue.

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Regards

Twarita

Hi Sheena,

I've done the same thing - clicked on an image to see it bigger, and accidentally licensed it - 2 actually...

I agree with someone above here who suggested to add a verification step which asks if you wish to purchase/license the image.

And I got so discouraged trying to find contact information to ask about this, I let it go after the first one, but then I just did it again!

The images were:

Hi Sydney,

Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you.

Since you have accidentally licensed 1 Adobe Stock file, I have added 1 image license to your account so that you can use it against a different image.

Hope that helps!

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Sheena
