Hello I hit the wrong button when trying to add an image to a Lightbox and ended up licensing it #116388456.
Could it be undone please or re-credited?
Branching to a new discussion,
Hi Amanda,
I have added an image credit to your account so that you can license a different image instead.
Hope that helps!
Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional query.

Hello Margaret22754778xsog,
You can go to Libraries page https://stock.adobe.com/Libraries , select Library where the asset is saved. When you hover over the asset, you can see Delete button.

If I delete it, will I have my one asset credited back?

Crediting back is not automatic. You need to post the asset ID here, and you need to delete it so that you don't use it by error. It's no more licensed then.

I accidentally licensed an image that I thought was a psd file. I looked for a button/link to unlicense and it brought me here. The file number is FILE #: 326784191 and I cannot use that image. Will there ever be a way to unlicense an image?

When you licensed, Adobe stock did ask you if you really wanted to licence this and you answered yes. For any asset that costs more than one credit, the system tells you how many credits it costs and asks you if you really want to proceed.
Licensing can't be undone.
If you have a Teams or Enterprise plan, you may ask an administrator of your plan to contact Adobe customer care via the admin console and to explain what happened. I'm not certain that there can be done something to return the credits, however.
