Our product team has confirmed that the quality of the file is not up to the mark, so I have added 1 image license to your account so that you can use it against a different image.

ME TOO! I purchased a license for a vector file, and when downloaded it looks TOTALLY different from what's on the adobe site and I could never use this image. It's horrible. AdobeStock_63099267 is the one - - I would also like a refund/credit ASAP.
I am also finding reaching support at Adobe re stock footage extremely difficult - - I could only find this thread to reply to, not an easy way to directly contact support. Seems like some client service work on the UX side here is urgent.
