I have the exact same problem. I cancelled during the trial, was billed, contacted support and after 3 representatives disconnected for no reason, one told me it was cancelled. I checked my bank account and was still being billed. Now I cancelled again, but this time I'm being billed $200. What??!??!?!?!
Please see I tried to cancel my free trial, adobe didn't let me, now I'm being billed $250+
