Paid Stock images downloading but not opening

Same original issue. downloaded file 134421231 - for vector use - giving me an error code and not opening in illustrator. Only time I have ever seen this one. see below is error code received in illustrator.  thank you!  Darla

I apologize for the trouble. I have checked the image on my end and encountered the same issue.

Also, I have added an image credit to your account so that you can license a different image instead.
