There is a spelling error in one of my images. What are my options for addressing this issue?

The condition is PTSD and the title of the image is "PTSD" but the image itself says "PTSP" which is not an acronym of the condition known as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and inconsistent with the image title. You should let artist know it should be corrected. sadly, it was a good image for my purposes otherwise.
