I just downloaded two adobe stock photos and the resulting files that are downloadable to my computer are smaller than even the preview files. One image is around 83x83 pixels and in no way represents the original image. The other seems to be too low of a resolution to even use as well.
I have never experienced this problem before. I double checked to make sure no color or size settings were changed and all signs point toward the actual file itself.
How and where can I get a refund or find a way to download the actual image presented in the stock search?
Thanks,
Ben
Indeed, the actual size for those files is too small. While we will work on addressing those files - I have added two licenses on your account for you to use on other files.
