Danke!

Hi A.,

Adobe customer care can be contacted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - click the small callout at the lower right of the screen and type "agent".

Abamba, thanks for trying to help me. I checked the linked page, and I had checked it many times before I posted my troubles here. There is nothing I could identify as a "callout". I made a sceenshot of the lower part of the screen and will add it to this post. Please confirm, where the thing ought to be. Thanks. I tried in Safari and Firefox, both most current versions. Thx

A few days later I received an invoice by e-mail. Meanwhile the invoice is available in the account as well. I have no idea whether somebody of you Adobe people updated or corrected something in the account or if probably your software system is so complex that it takes days and days to create an invoice.

The call-out should float in the lower right corner of your screen:

Maybe you have an extension running that blocks those floating elements? I see the floating element on my Windows PC and my iPad.

(Just for you to note: only people marked "Adobe employee" are from Adobe. Adobe Community Professionals are users like you, recognized by Adobe for their volunteer work in the fora).
