Refund - A month away and still no money back

Hello 🙂

I tried trial Adobe Stock. I haven`t been able to cancel my membership on time and my plan has been charged.

I immediately canceled the membership according to the instructions in my account (1th day after expiration trial from 14 days)

Its almost month and I haven`t money back 🙂

in the conditions I read that I can cancel plan with 14 days after end of my trial and refund takes 2-3 working days 🙂
