Refund for accidental Premium purchase

I accidently purchased a Premium picture and I would like a refund as I thought it was a standard licence. I did not see it was US$ 499.99 and I already have an annual subscription. I tried to talk with someone over the chat, but I am always told the service is closed. The image is #118366259 purchased yesterday morning. Could you please help me to get a refund?

Hi, I just did the same thing. Did you get refunded? I tried to contact Customer Service through chat but nobody responded. Hope it can be fixed!
