Refund on asset

I can't find anywhere to request a refund for an asset.

 

I licensed a Vector image that is NOT a vector image.  It is an image embedded in an Illustrator file.  How do you request a refund for an asset that is incorrect.  I can find a link anywhere!

Says it is an vector file and is an illustrator file - but it is simple an image in the vector file.
