How does one go about getting a refund on an image that was downloaded by mistake? There were two identical images, one jpg and one ai, and I downloaded the jpg without realizing by mistake then had to go in and download the ai version after. There's no way of easily contacting customer service.

Since there is no way to unlicense the image, I am going ahead and adding a free credit to your account which you can use against a different image.
