I tried a free month of adobe stock and forgot to cancel the subscription.

I would like to be refunded (37400 KRW)

I did not use the service. I read that I had 14 days to request a refund.

When the cancellation is completed, it is said that an email will be sent, but I have not yet received the email.

I'd really appreciate if you send a confirmation email after canceling payment. thank you

Go to https://account.adobe.com and look if the subscription has been cancelled.

 

And yes, you can cancel in between the first 14 days of the second month (first month is free) and you will be reimbursed.

The cancellation e-mail could also be hidden in your spam folder, so be sure to look there.
