Hi, happily I have 5000+ photos accepted at AS, but sometimes I get a rejection which I don't understand. Like these pictures.

Maybe someone can help me to understand why these were rejected. Reason of rejection in the caption.

Thanks.

Laurens

Hello,

I would reduce the highlights a bit more, and take out the yellow cast, that could get rejected for technical issues, make the plate more white, brighten the image a bit more.

The same can be said for the other images as well. On the 3rd image, maybe selectively increase the exposure on top of the cake just a bit.

Your images overall are a bit dull.
