Reset Adobe Stock sync for one user

I have a team of 5 and we are having trouble with one user's CC library (which contains stock images) from syncing correctly.

 

Can anyone tell me how to completely reset the sync for that user only, by deleting files if necessary so i can get this working again.

 

I've tried pausing the sync, logging in and out etc.
