My employer has a 10 image per month Adobe Stock subscription. The initial subscription in the 1st year worked great and I could see the rollover images in my image counter just as advertised. As we approached the expiration we renewed our account for both our Creative Cloud users and our Adobe Stock subscription. The rollover images have vanished and images are not rolling over currently. Our subscription renewed near the end of June and I don't believe we have licensed a single image since that time. Even ignoring the 52 images that should have carried over from the previous 12 months, I should have I believe 40 new images in the bank but my account shows only 10. Please assist with recovering my rollover images.
Using your Adobe ID that you are using on the forums I was able to review the records for the team. I see that your team has consistently receiving the monthly quota as expected. I also see that in September there were a large amount of downloads, using your team's license quota. The license history for your team will show which users have licensed which assets.
