Hi, I got 10 free images from Adobestock and we are planning use them to design our company`s website, we are not going to sale these images to other people. First of all, is it ok to use them for this purpose? Also, since one of the shareholders is responsible for designing the website, can I share the images with him on Google drive and then he can download and use the images to design the website?
Thanks
Hi Caner,
Yes, you can use the Adobe Stock images to design your company's website provided you take all reasonable actions to prevent website visitors from downloading or reusing the work.
Kindly go through the License information and Terms of use | Adobe Stock and https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/legal/servicetou/Adobe_Stock_Terms-en_US-20170630_2200.pdf to understand better about the licensing terms and restrictions of Adobe Stock.

You can share the licensed asset with one of your shareholder, provided that they follow all of the license restrictions. If you transfer the asset to a shareholder then you must purchase a second license if you intend to use it for the benefit of another shareholder.
Hope this information helps!
