Hi,
I'm new to everything copyright so I just wanted to make sure: I downloaded some pictures from the free stock and I saw they could be used for commercial purposes; but do I still need to add the source somewhere on my support? I am doing a marketing proposal for prospects so do I need to add the credit (adobe stock free) on my documents?

You need to look into the licensing terms. There is no difference in use for the free and the paid assets. Generally anything that could be considered as editorial use needs to be credited as indicated.
