Hi,
We recently licensed an image for use on a feature film.
License ID #48252486
Author: Erica Guilane-Nachez
Unfortunately Sony won't accept delivery of the license with the current injunctive clause included. Can Adobe waive this clause? Or revise it to something more industry standard?
Is there someone at Adobe who could look into this further for us? I'm be happy to introduce them via e-mail to our Head of Business Affairs as well as our delivery contact at Sony to iron out the wording. Is this possible?
Many thanks

I can't answer for Adobe, but I think we can be pretty sure that they aren't going to get their legal department involved in renegotiating images that cost under $100. That wouldn't cover a lawyer straightening their tie. There is something else you can try: see if Google Image Search leads you to the image's owner, maybe you can negotiate directly.
