My debit card was cancelled a few months ago (swallowed by an ATM) thus resulting in payment problems with Adobe Stock. I've been unable to access my remaining 36 downloads. It told me to update my payment information, which I did weeks ago (using my credit card). However, the problem still persists.

I went through your account details and noticed that you have updated your card details, however, Adobe has not yet charged the card for the subscription(only $1 authorization fee on 31st July 2018 has been charged).
