I need invoices for individual stock images (for work) but when I select them under order history, it says no billing information available. I have tried multiple ways using different browsers and clearing everything. I couldn't get through to customer service and really need this taken care of.

We are aware that on demand purchase invoices do not appear in Account Management and I am working with our product management to resolve this. You would have received an order confirmation email for your on demand purchases. Click on the chat icon in the lower right portion of the page. If you are unable to see this feature you may need to scroll down before it will appear or set your browser to private or incognito mode.
