hello...I am a student at a university and was granted the free adobe cloud from adobe due to the pandemic..somehow I received an adobe stock charge and I do not remember signing up for a free trial, but there is a small chance I did. 

 

I have tried to find a place to cancel the charge/ accidental subscription, but because I am a student, it says someone at my institution (university) is supposed to handle these issues. which makes no sense to me because they aren't the ones charging me..adobe is. I would like this subscription canceled and a refund at all possible. 

 

plz help,,

Thank you for writing. I can see that you signed up for an individual Adobe Stock subscription and you haven't used any of the license quota. The reason you are unable to cancel is because the subscription is in the process of renewing. Let me see what I can do to assist you further.
