hello...I am a student at a university and was granted the free adobe cloud from adobe due to the pandemic..somehow I received an adobe stock charge and I do not remember signing up for a free trial, but there is a small chance I did.
I have tried to find a place to cancel the charge/ accidental subscription, but because I am a student, it says someone at my institution (university) is supposed to handle these issues. which makes no sense to me because they aren't the ones charging me..adobe is. I would like this subscription canceled and a refund at all possible.
