Syncronize my already existing account of Fotolia with Adobe

Hello!

I have a similar problem as in this topic

I've tried to log in to my Fotolia account to connect it to Adobe Stock then but I've got an error which says "Your credentials could not be authenticated. Please try again."

 

I've already tried to change a Fotolia password several times but the result is still the same.

I also tried to check for my account name in case I'm writing it wrong somehow and the letter that I've got for the request says I've got two Fotolia accounts on my email somehow. Maybe it's just an error because of renaming, I don't know.

 

I'm not sure if there were any photos uploaded on Fotolia from any on these accounts as I've registered in 2015 or 2016, I'd like to know if there are such.

 

Could you please check it?
