I believe that Adobe Stock is the weakest link in the Adobe family. My two experiences with them have been horrible and I been using Adobe products for over 25 years since college. Their billing subscription and plans don't work as they suppose to and they close their case numbers without resolving them, delaying the issues even further. Their next step is that they will contact you via email and they never do. If their tech support is being outsource, they need to get a hand on it because it is reflecting horribly on the rest of your services.
