I am just to completely cancel.
This experience has been the worst.

I purchased a team addition of Adobe stock. I could only add it to one person.
I called the support line who told me it automatically adds to everyone.

This doesn't happen. If I try and checkout a photo it wants me to signup.

I had to purchase a second copy of adobe stock to allow another user to use it.

Just about to leave:

* Support doesn't tell the truth

* The product isn't easy to use

* Competitors are looking better

Help staying in the Adobe family would be good. If I leave I exit for good!!

I observe that https://stock.adobe.com/uk/teams says "

Unlimited Users
At no additional cost, get one shared plan for all of your team members belonging to the same company."

This seems to back up what support says, but it's clearly unacceptable that they can't make it work that way for your company.

Hi @defaultsvvo1eyk8dfp,

When you sign into the Adobe Stock website you should see the name of your organization in the navbar. If you see your name instead click on the arrow to open the profile menu and choose the name of your organization. Let us know here on the forum whether this resolves your issue.
