I tried to download some free template from the templates that suggested when i open the AI.

I clicked the download button and nothing happen.

Hi there,

This is a strange behavior. Have you tried to quit the application (from task manager) and open it again?

Also, how about clicking on specifically any one template here and checking if it works.

Noticed that you have an apostrophe in screen name of your profile, there were a few occasions where some special characters in profile/name/address causes weird behavior in application environment (searching, licensing).  Advised to try out an update on profile items so there is no special characters/apostrophes in it.
