I have some questions about Adobe Stock: 1. Does adobe consider music used in a podcast to be a social media use or a broadcast use? 2. Can I use the downloaded music in as many different podcasts as many times as I want? and, 3. Can I use the downloaded music in Priemiere Pro projects as well as in my podcasts as many times as I want? Thank you very much.

Sorry for the late answer. Adobe will normally not speak out more than what is written in the license terms. Did you read them?
1+2. Normally the limits of use are defined in the license terms. You absolutly need to look there for answers.
1+2+3. Generally you can use licensed assets in as many projects as you want for the same customer, given that you do not hit other limits like the size of the audiance or the product type. If you need the same asset for a different customer, you need to relicense for that customer. (this is also true for your OWN needs).
Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788 (Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based reading and interpreting the license terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I can not rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee)
