trouble canceling subscription

Hi there,

I am having a same problem like Kevin. Te only difference is I did cancelled the suscription before trial period ended. However, transaction is still occuring without by knowledge. I have not used it after the trial period and I don't have to use it now. Therefore could you please help me with cancelling the suscription and getting the full refund for the period of months which I had never used it.
