Trouble saving to libraries

Since my last CC update in May 21 I haven't been able to save images from Adobe Stock into my libraries, regardless of having them licenced or unlicenced. It used to work so well and so practically and now I have to download the image first and then open it with the application .... it's like we're back in the 1990s .... is this a default setting on my PC or how can I solve this problem ? If anyone could help me with this, I would be very grateful. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi Chrisp@1978 , could you please check and try the following :

  • go to https://assets.adobe.com/libraries
  • verify if there are libraries with empty names or invalid caracters in its name
  • rename/delete these libraries
  • retry to save into libraries from Adobe Stock

Best regards,

Bibilelo
