Trying to purchase a Template Motion Graphic

i have been trying to purchase a motion graphic template and i wont allow me at all. I have tried paypal and my 2 bank cards. The file number of the template is FILE #: 176555198

Do you know which subscription? Both premier pro and Photoshop came out on the 1st June successfully.
