I have been trying to cancel Adobe Stock trial on my e-mail [e-mail deleted by moderator] but since I no longer have access to my e-mail where they send a code in order for me to log in, I can not log in and cancel.
When I call the support, I get an answer from Indian call support who has a slow internet connection and whom I am unable to understand. As a result, I have been charged subscription despite my willingness to cancel. Does anyone have suggestion what to do? Numbers to call, email to email, persons to contact?
