I had taken a trial membership for 'Adobe Stock - 10 assets a month' but didn't use it! Now some annual plan with autorenew has started just recently and I am not able to cancel it as I do not need it right now.!!

Please help me. I can't find any button to cancel online logged into my account via the link provided. The "chat" function is not working. And I've been on hold waiting to speak with a customer service rep via phone for 36 minutes. This is unacceptable!
Which paid service are you trying to cancel?
The chat function is not working? It works each time when I try, so I suspect a problem with your browser. Please use a different browser. Maybe the Cancel button will appear.
