Unknown users in licence history

We recently hit our limit for image credits on our account, I've been asked to find out who is using the most images. But when I go to the licence history I am seeing a number of 'unknown' users. Some as recently as last week. We haven't removed anyone from the team. Can you help, I need to audit this information properly.

Try contacting Adobe by clicking on "Learn and Support" at the bottom of the Adobe Stock page. On the new page click on "Contact us" at the bottom of the page; or you may click on the speech bubble instead. Request someone to speak with. There you may make your request.
