Unused and paid licenses

Hello, I spent the whole year with the Adobe Stock Service, where I had subscribed for about 80 unused licenses. My service ends on June 23, 2017, why can not I get a prepaid licenses that I would like to use for my paid money? Thank you for your help. Zuzana

Best example I can give is it is like a cell phone plan where you have X number of minutes a month. If you cancel your cell phone plan you don't get to keep using it until you use up any unused minutes.
