Use Vector as Company Logo

I'm interested in purchasing a logo to be used for my company such as "br Logo" photos, royalty-free images, graphics, vectors & videos | Adobe Stock where it actually says Logo in the title.  I understand that an extended license is probably necessary.  According to the site, and extended license allows: "Create merchandise or products for resale or distribution where the main value of the product is associated with the asset itself, such as a coffee mug or t-shirt."

The known issues page however (Adobe Stock known issues and limitations) states that I cannot use licensed images as a logo or company identity.  What is right?  It seems as though many different logos are available to purchase that may supersede the know issues section.

Hi David,

Thanks for reaching out to the Adobe Stock community.

You need to have complete ownership of the image you use for your company logo, since logos are intended to be registered and protected to prevent other companies or organizations from using the same image. Because Adobe Stock only grants a right to use images and does not transfer the ownership, these images cannot be used in or as a logo.

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.
