Used credits on wrong stock footage

I accidentally used my credits on a stock video that looked similar to the one I really wanted to use my credits on and now I have no credits. I was curious if I could refund my credits somehow and get the correct stock footage this time. If anybody could help I would deeply appreciate it!

I apologize as we don't have any way of unlicensing a file once it is licensed.
