UV problem on 3D stock for adobe dimension

I purchased this 3D item 187362789   and it won't allow me to place a decal on its surface. Its most likely a UV error on the model. If this can't be fixed, please can you credit my account back the £15 I paid? Thanks.

In addition to Twarita's reply there have been some issues with the decal feature that the engineering team is working to resolve. We expect an update early next month.
