what kind of license do i need ?

Can i use this 10 free trial photos for designing my website ?

you would need to purchase the images or use images offered by adobe without charge.

You may use the Adobe Stock assets in your website provided you follow all the licensing terms and restrictions Stock Licensing & terms FAQ: Where can I find the terms and licensing information for Adobe Stock?  of Adobe Stock. Also, the usage of the right type of license is required.

If you are using the images for reselling purpose, you will be requiring an Extended license which can be purchased on-demand.

If you are modifying/incorporating your own design and also merging different images from Adobe Stock, then you can sign up for the Adobe Stock promo offer(10 images per month one-year plan, where the first month is a free trial) and use the assets as per the requirement you have stated above.

Yes, but you can't offer the pictures for putting on T-shirts, posters, mugs...

There is a different license type you need (extended) for those activity.
