Where in the fine print?

I have accumulated 100+ images in my monthly plan. I was told that If I cancel my subscription I will not be able to download them, so I would lose roughly 10 months x $40 (aus dollars) and it seems unreasonable. if it is explained somewhere I would like to know where, I would not have accumulated so many images.

Now I have to try to anticipate what I might need in the next few months (almost an impossible task) and get those pictures, then cancel.

If it helps someone else here we go in a simple fashion: When you cancel you subscription you can not download any accumulated images according to the support operator who very professionally gave me the bad news.

I hope it helps.
