Hallo,

ich habe nun mehrfach versucht ein Bild zu lizensieren und es wird mir wiederholt ein Fehler hinsichtlich der Zahlungsmethode angezeigt. Es heißt, dass ich meine Zahlungsinformationen ändern solle, wobei die angegebene Zahlungsmethode für mein CC Abo ohne Probleme funktioniert.

Leider bekomme ich keine Art von Support weder Telefonisch noch von den "Hilfe" Ressourcen.
