0 download credits for Substance 3d assets despite paying for a subscription plan

I'm currently paying for the individual access plan for Substance 3d but cannot download any of the assets from Adobe. Plan says I should get 50 downloads per month. Please help!

You need to wait for the end of the trial period of 30 days and then you will get 50 downloads per month.

3D Assets is now unmetered, we remove the limits of 50 points per month for Collection, 30 points per month for Texturing subscription.
You can start downloading during the trial period.
