Can't access substance assets site

Several users try logging into : 

https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/

But get an error message that reads:

The users have valid Substance 3D collection licenses assigned to their email addresses which they are using to try to log in.

The same credentials worked to license their adobe apps.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Gurus,
Are you logging in using the Adobe login? From that error it looks like you might be entering your Adobe login info in the Substance accoun login fields
