I have 5588 credits but keep getting access denied!

I have 5588 credits but when I try and dowload a new asset I keep getting:

Access denied! You don't have permission for this action! Please contact your account administrator.

I guess you are part of an organisation ?

In this case you need to ask your company administrator to give you actual rights to use Substance 3D from the admin panel.

Only your company can decide who has rights to use Adobe tools and make purchases on Substance 3D Assets.

On your end you can know what your status is by clicking on your profile (and switch companies if you belong to severals). Then you can see what rights you have. When you are a "user" you can spend points/make purchase. When you are a "viewer" you can just re-download what's already been purchased by your other co-workers :
