New forum for 3D Assets - How to post to get quick answers?

Hello! 
Welcome to our new forum for Substance 3D Assets (previsously called Substance Source) and Substance 3D Community Assets (previously called Substance Share).

When creating a post to discuss or to report an issue, please make sure to select the topics that correspond to your question: "Premium Assets" when it is about the Substance 3D Assets platform or content, "Community Assets" when it is about the Substance 3D Community Assets platform or content and if you need technical support or if it is a discussion topic.

If you have an issue please let us know this information so we can help you as quickly as possible:

  • Are you having issues with the Substance 3D Assets web platform, the Launcher integration, an integration in Unity or Unreal? An issue with an asset in particular? Something else?
  • If using the web platform, which version of which browser on which OS are you using? Or if it is a page in particular, what is the page url?
  • Do you have any steps we could reproduce to have the same error you have encountered? Knowing this will help us fix the problem quicker.
  • If possible, attach a screenshot of the issue!


If you are having issues specific to your account (like points missing or login issues) it would be better to contact the Adobe support if you are using an adobe account or contact@substance3d.com if you are using a Substance account as we will be able to discuss your personal account issues in more detail.

hi there, I can't get into the 3D community Assets page, and the error I got was not having authorization to view this page. I'm really confused since I am a subscribed member. Would you mind helping me fix this issue? Thanks a lot.

Hello @Tengyang34310152ld20 , are you trying to log in with a personnal account or a company/org account? You can only log in with an individual account on the community platform.
To create one you can go to adobe.com and click on log in>create an account
If the issue is not this one, could you please send a screenshot and/or share the problematic url?
