I bought a Substance 3D Texturing package on creative cloud. Now I want to transfer my points. But it won't transfer my points because it claims I don't have a 3D texturing package. This isn't true.
Apparently there's no way to edit posts. The Adobe community forums really isn't that great, btw.
Anyway, I forgot to mention I'm transferring points from my previous Allegorithmic Substance plan. I'm a long-time user of Substance 3D tools, and I use them personally and professionally.
Hi Alex, Could you please try to sync once again? I see you tried to do the transfer the same day as you subscribe to the 3D offer on the Adobe side, and it is possible that it took a few hours to be validated
