I went to login with the email i had with substance source and it said it couldn't find any email assoicated with that account. Tried to logging in with google sign in and yet all my assets are gone....what the flying lion is going on!?
Hi, I don't see any history of subscription linked to your Adobe account, would it be possible that you have another account which you used in the past?
Or did you have a subscription via Allegorithmic/Substance? If that is the case can you please email contact@substance3d.com ? They will be able to help you
