Substance license students

Привет! В сентябре я получил лицензию Substance на год для студентов, но не успел активировать ее на своем компьютере до 30 сентября. В моей учетной записи Adobe нет той лицензии. Как я могу восстановить его сейчас для изучения?

As long as you are a student, you can enjoy our Adobe Substance suite. Simply go to this link and

Click on Free Trial > Students & Teachers > continue > ...

I already got this free license in September, I don't need to get it again. The Substance website says that I can contact support and they will send me activation keys. I wrote to several email addresses, but never received a response.
