Missing plugin manager from the Tools menu in all 14 (14.1, 14.2, 14.0)

I have tried installing/uninstalling but to no avail. It only appears again when I install 13 and below.
Any help?

This may be caused by an error in Python. Can you please share Designer's log? (Go to Help > Export log...)

Thank you for your reply.
It was indeed caused by Python. I have uninstalled everything from Python, and had a clean Install, and it worked!
Question, as there is no Python folder in the directory, if I want to install modules, do I make sure to install them in the actually script-plugin rather than using my cmd/system Python?
